Stuffed Avocado



No cooking required in this amazing keto friendly snack:


Pit and peel the avocado, and stuff it with:

  • Cauliflower rice (just blend it, or finely chop it)

  • A ricotta type cheese (in Greece Anthoyro or Manouri work perfectly)

  • Pine nuts, toasted

  • Pomegranate seeds

Dress with a:

  • Balsamic Syrup
