It does not get much simpler than this assembly salad I came up with to use leftover cooked broccoli. Yet this is a dish I will be eating regularly, as it is refreshing, exotic in a very simple way, and healthy.
For the sauce mix in a bowl:
Soy sauce, 1 volume
Mirin (alternatively dissolve some sugar in the lime juice), 1 volume
Lime Juice, 1,5 volumes
On a plate place:
Broccoli, boiled or steamed small florets
Red chilli, deseeded and thinly cut
Spring onion, green and white parts, thinly sliced at an angle
Smoked Salmon, fillet shaped into florets
Dress with the sauce and sprinkle:
Sumac
Nigella Seeds
Sesame Seeds, toasted
Sea salt flakes
Garnish with:
Coriander, fresh leaves
